Non-Refundable Items or Services

Unless expressly stated in writing by BG18k, the following items and services are non-refundable and non-returnable :

  • All jewelry (including earrings, rings, bracelets, chains and pendants)

  • Gift Cards or Store Credits

  • Custom jewelry

  • Promotional or clearance items

  • Subscription or membership services

  • Software licenses or digital content for download

Exceptions to Our No Refund Policy

While our general policy is “final sale” , the following exceptions apply, in accordance with consumer protection laws and our commitment to customer satisfaction:

  • Defective or Damaged Items : If your item arrives defective or damaged , you must notify us within 3 days of receipt. A replacement or store credit may be offered upon review and verification.

  • Incorrect Item Received : If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact our Customer Service within 3 days . We will correct the error by exchanging or refunding it if confirmed.

  • Incomplete or Unfulfilled Service : In the event of services purchased that have not been fully provided or that do not meet the advertised criteria, we may offer a partial or full refund at BG18k's discretion.

  • Legal Obligation : We will comply with any refund obligation as required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Important : Items returned without prior written authorization from BG18k will not be accepted or processed.

Return Shipping

In approved exceptional cases, return shipping instructions will be provided. The customer is responsible for securely packaging the item. Returns must include:

  • Original packaging

  • Certificates (if applicable)

  • Product without signs of use or modification
